SHIPPING

Delivery times are estimated between 2 to 7 business days after payment has been received.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email allowing you to track your package.

Hair products are sensitive and may be damaged by extreme cold or heat. For this reason, all packages are delivered directly to your home. If you are absent at the time of delivery, the package will be redirected to a Purolator or Canada Post pickup location. Please note that in such cases, L’Entrepôt de la Coiffure is not responsible for any damages, loss, or theft that may occur to your purchases.

Your package will be delivered to your address once. If there is no response, it will be redirected to the nearest Purolator or Canada Post pickup location so you may collect it. We are not responsible for lost or unclaimed packages, and any related fees will be charged to the customer.

FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping is available within Canada only on orders of $99 or more before taxes. Orders under $99 before taxes and promotions are subject to a flat shipping fee of $15. Certain restrictions may apply for remote areas; if applicable, we will contact you to make arrangements.

IN-STORE PICKUP

If you select in-store pickup, no shipping fees will apply and you may pick up your order directly at our Laval store located at 1722 Boulevard des Laurentides, Laval.

Once your order is ready, you will receive an email confirming that it is available for pickup. You must provide a photo ID showing the same address as the one used for the order.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to notify you. We reserve the right to issue an exchange, partial refund, or full refund depending on whether a replacement product of equal or lesser value is available if the ordered product is discontinued or unavailable from our suppliers.
