SHIPPING
Delivery times are 2 to 7 business days following receipt of payment.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number, which will allow you to track your package.
Hair products are sensitive and may be damaged by freezing temperatures or excessive heat.
Your package will be delivered to your address on the first delivery attempt. If no one is available to receive the package, it will be redirected to the nearest Purolator or Canada Post pickup location so that you can retrieve it. We are not responsible for lost or unclaimed packages, and any related fees will be charged to the customer.

Free shipping is available on orders reaching a certain amount, depending on the shipping destination.

IN-STORE PICKUP
If you select in-store pickup, you will not be charged any shipping fees. Your order can be picked up directly at our Laval store located at:
1722 Boulevard des Laurentides, Laval, Quebec
Once your order is ready, you will receive an email confirming that it is available for pickup.
You will be required to provide a valid photo ID showing the same address as the one provided with the order.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you. We reserve the right to offer an exchange or issue a full or partial refund, depending on whether the replacement product is of equal or lesser value, if the product ordered is no longer available due to discontinuation, production being stopped, or simply because the product is unavailable from our suppliers.
