Blondme Bleaching Powder 9+ is a high-performance bleaching powder. It is the first product of its kind to allow up to 9 levels of lift on natural and colored hair. It offers perfect neutralization thanks to its anti-yellowing agents that directly target pheomelanin in the hair to avoid unwanted warm or yellow tones.

How to use
Always use in combination with BLONDME® Premium Developer.
Ratio 1:1.5 to 1:2.5 (e.g., 30g BLONDME Bleaching Powder 9+ and 45-75mL BLONDME® Premium Developer).
Root application: BLONDME® Premium Developer 2% (7 Vol.) or 6% (20 Vol.).
Length application: BLONDME® Premium Developer 9% (30 Vol.).
Apply to dry hair and leave to develop for 20 to 45 minutes.
Additional heat is not recommended.
Observe progress during development time.
