Mix one full packet of powder with 3 oz of Veroxide 20 VOL (6%) or Lumishine Developer.
Using a brush, apply only to pre-lightened hair that has been treated with direct dyes or semi-permanent color.
Process for up to 30 minutes at room temperature.
Check every 5 minutes until desired result is achieved.
Rinse thoroughly, shampoo, and condition.
