1:1 Mixing Ratio

Mix 1 part LumiShine Permanent Crème Color to 1 part LumiShine Creme Developer (10, 20, 30, or 40 Volume).

Apply with a color applicator bottle or bowl and brush. (When mixing in a bottle, add developer first, then color, and shake well.) Process for 35 minutes, or up to 45 minutes for optimum gray coverage.
