How to use

Recommended: For off-the-scalp applications, mix 1 oz of Color Charm Lightening Powder with 1 oz of the appropriate Wella Developer (20 or 30 vol.) in a non-metallic bowl. For on-the-scalp applications, use only 20 vol cream developer by mixing 1oz. of Color Charm Lightening Powder with 2 oz. Wella Cream Developer. Do not process for more than 50 minutes.

Important: Never shampoo before lightening. Perform a strand test before full application. Always wear gloves.

Caution: Do not use on eyelashes, eyebrows, facial hair, or hair on other parts of the body. Do not use on hair in poor condition. Do not use metal mixing bowls. Do not perm hair immediately before or after lightening. Do not use if the scalp shows abrasions, scratches, or any other abnormal condition. Store in a cool, dry place.
